Inland Meats Inc. was founded in 1932, and has served the areas finest hotels, restaurants, and country-clubs under the same ownership since 1962.  As one of the longest-standing meat purveyors in the Inland Northwest, our family owned operation has become well known for quality products, excellent service, marketing knowledge and expertise.

Our "FLAG-SHIP" product, aged USDA choice beef, is processed per each customers specification, from mid-western beef.  In addition to choice beef we offer USDA prime beef aged a minimum of 24 days and custom cut for a varitey of upscale establishments.
We also have been a licened distributor for "CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF" of which we are one of only a elite group of meat processors to be licensed to sell this HIGH QUALITY line.

Over the years, we have supplemented our precision beef products with pork, veal, and lamb specialties as requested by our customers, as well as one of the areas most comprehensive ground meat programs.

Beyond the spectrum of processed red meats, our list of offerings has been enhanced with a well-rounded selection of complimentary items... Poultry, seafood, cheeses, wild game, breaded items, pre-cooked meats, and cured and smoked meats.  We also distribute a full line of grocery and produce items to further serve our customers needs.

The Urban Ledgend:
Contrary to popular belief, Inland Meats Inc. is NOT a butcher shop.  Ledged has it, that Inland Meats is much like a typical butcher shop, with beef hanging from the ceiling, and whole cows within our facility.  In the past, this was true.  We are proud to inform our customers, this myth is currently false!

Types of Product:
Every product that enters our facility is individually vacuum sealed, and contained within a box.  All steak is hand cut with exact precision by our knowledgeable and experianced staff, and cut to perfection based on customer preference.

An Exception:
Our ground beef is the exception.  Most ground beef processed at our facility is contained within a 1500lb cardboard bin (50 / 50 trim), and within 60# cases known as bull meat
Inland Meats Production Facility:
*Product is shipped on trucks to our warehouse.







*Product is then stored in one of our coolers, or frozen product is stored in our freezer kept at 0 to -20.

*Steaks are then cut from product shipped in our production facility.

*Most steaks, unless requested otherwise, are then vacuum sealed in our vac machine. 
     This allows for most fresh steaks to last
     for up to 3 weeks, and frozen product
     to last for well over 6 months,
     without reducing the quality.








*Product is then sent over to our shipping warehouse, where it is
     sorted, checked, and delivered by one of our friendly delivery drivers.
